Welcome to the San
Jose IAHSP Chapter (SJIRC)!
The
San Jose IAHSP Regional Chapter (SJIRC) was founded in November
of 2004 and developed to provide a professional business
association for Home Staging Designers throughout the San
Jose region (South Bay Area). Our goal is to foster growth,
unity, and networking among peers in the Staging community.
Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism
of Home Staging throughout the San Jose region and work
to continually expand our quality of services.
To
join the SJIRC, members must be an ASP™, ASP Master™ Staging
Designers or an ASP™ Real Estate Agent. All members are
subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business

Members
must also be a member of the International Association
of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) ($150.00 annually)
and remain in current standing as long as they are members
of this local IAHSP Chapter. Please go

Our members
consist of ASP™ Stagers as well as ASP™ Real Estate Agents.
Bay Area companies & Vendors in our community
are also an important part of our membership as our “Affiliates”
who support us and act as a part of the Staging Industry
Team!
We
meet once a month for business networking, where we discuss
ways in which we can expand awareness of the Home Staging
and Re-design industry in this region, share ideas,
resources, and build relationships with each other to provide
effective, efficient, professional service to our clients.
Fees for annual membership will be determined shortly. Membership
dues will be used to market Home Staging and our Chapter
Membership throughout our region.
We
also Welcome Affiliate Business Members – South Bay Area
Companies & Vendors who are related to our Staging
industry. Affiliate Business Membership fees will be determined
shortly as well. This Membership will allow local
business owners to establish relationships directly with
our ASP™ members by having the option to host meetings
and sponsor events. A great way to build more business
within our region and become a part of a professional team!
